Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
A Gentle Approach to Wellbeing
Biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) is a subtle, non-invasive, hands-on therapy that works with the body's inherent rhythmic motions. Rooted in the understanding that the body holds a natural intelligence and capacity for self-regulation, BCST offers a gentle and deeply respectful approach to supporting health.
During a session, the practitioner uses very light, still touch to listen to the subtle rhythms expressed throughout the body. This listening presence can support the body's own healing processes, helping to release tension, settle the nervous system and encourage a return to balance.
BCST is not about fixing or manipulating. It is about creating the conditions in which the body can find its own way to greater ease and vitality.
How It Works
Light Touch
The practitioner places gentle hands on the body — often at the head, sacrum or feet — using very light, non-invasive contact.
Listening to Rhythms
Through this still touch, the practitioner listens to the subtle rhythmic motions expressed throughout the body's tissues and fluids.
Supporting Innate Intelligence
By holding a calm, attentive presence, the practitioner supports the body's own capacity to reorganise, release tension and settle.

What to Expect
During a session you remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table. Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation and stillness. Some notice subtle sensations — warmth, gentle movement or a feeling of spaciousness. Others simply drift into a peaceful, resting state. Every experience is different, and all are welcome.
