Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. You remain fully clothed throughout the session — there is no need to undress.
Sessions are approximately 60–75 minutes. This includes time for arrival, a brief check-in, the treatment itself, and a short integration period afterwards.
This varies from person to person. Some people find benefit after a single session, while others prefer regular visits. Vicki will discuss this with you at your first session and together you can decide what feels right for you.
No referral is needed. You are welcome to book directly with Vicki.
